RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build & manage an operations team responsible for growing a product line • Develop & Optimize Processes. Build new and improve existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow • Analytics. Heavy analysis of agent and user metrics monitor progress and enact improvement programs • Partner Relations. Manage agent development, identify & attack problem areas for agents, and negotiate with businesses for agent perks • Mobilize & Grow. Take on new opportunities like launching a new market, spinning off a new product line, experimenting with new business models • Strategy. Decide which projects & initiatives the team should focus on to grow and set an aggressive timeline to reach those goals • Product Improvement. Proactively research and work with tech to design new features which could improve a seamless agent and user experience

REQUIREMENTS: • 3 years of experience building & managing a team • Strategy and data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment • A willingness to be “in the trenches” working with our agents-partners • Preferred: Studied abroad. Stellar Excel skills • Willingness to travel to the rural areas • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or similar field EXAMPLE BACKGROUNDS: • Preferred: operations experience in payment sector (Such as Momo) • Consulting background with strategic and analytics decision instincts (i.e. McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) • Operations experience in the following sectors: on-demand transportation & delivery, large scale platform (Grab, DeliverNow, Shopee, Lazada, VNG, GHTK, GHN)
