o Managing AFC cracker –the brand that has the highest share in salty crackers in Vietnam.

o Built long-term strategies as well as annual marketing plans.

o Managed marketing projects across departments, advertising agencies, and PR agencies.

o Coached staffs and interns to help them finish their duties as well as to maximize their capabilities.

o Achievements o The turnover of the cracker brand outstandingly reached 120% in the first two quarters vs. the target, gained +1.5 shares in salty crackers.

o Was one of the two brand managers chosen by the CEO to be in a talent development program. That program is to generate some group brand managers for the company in 2014-2015.
