Marketing plan: develop marketing plan and execution plan by reviewing & evaluating brand performance (assigned brand and competitors), analyze the data (Nielsen Retail Data) and actual market situation, brand positioning, market share to find out the key issues as well as utilize effectively the strong points of product and market opportunity to set new goal and execution plan.

Brand positioning: set brand positioning for product based strong / unique points of assigned product and competitors positioning as well as consumer insights. All elements related to product will follow strictly brand positioning (develop package design, product concept, communication message...)

ATL & BTL: develop communication plan to strengthen brand positioning and tightly relevant to consumer insights in order to achieve yearly target in terms of sales volume and brand image

o ATL: work concept, master content with agencies (TVC, Prints ad, Fan page, billboard...).

o BTL: activation in TT and MT, event. Plan promotion program for strategic SKU, merchandize in TT (hanger, poster...).

Research: monitoring the researches about product, brand or consumer (Quantitative, Usage & Attitude survey…). Analyze and utilize research result in product development.

o SKU management: support for Brand manager to propose new strategic SKU to meet consumer’s demand or compete with competitors (reduce net weight but keep selling price, develop new SKU to meet demand, increase/ decrease net weight due to affected from competitors’ SKU.) -

o Product & New product development: Work tightly with other sections (R&D, Production, QC...) to update process, control timeline for meet committed launching time. Teamwork with R&D to find the direction for product development. Seeking new market and develop new product: Effectively using tools such as consumer survey to identify the market demand to develop new market or the appropriate products (i.e. In June 2015, we launched “Xylitol Cool” strong mint gum for men who like strong mint & extremely cool feeling. In Sep 2014, we launched new product – Doraemon bubble gum, it’s not just gum also joyful for Kids who love joyful than taste.

Launching plan: develop master launching plan and work tightly with related sections to ensure launching on time. To work with sales team about launching time and coverage area in each channel. Planning activities to support for product launch. Follow up product performance after launching and support salesmen to reply all queries, concerns about product.

o  Report: Preparing monthly Marketing report, sales report,...
