Building Manager:

Managing all the aspects of a lease office building as follows:

- Managing the security team, the cleaning team and the maintenance team;

- Leasing office: meeting with clients, doing negotiation (price, time, deposit,…), making lease suggestion for the director’s approval, composing lease contracts, following tenant’s fitting work, monitoring payments as well as other tenant’s obligations based on the signed contract, etc.;
