Position from Feb 2017 to now: Acting HR Manager (Work level: Manager) – Full time

Position from Sep 2015 to Feb 2017: HR Supervisor (Work level: Lead) – Full time

Position from Aug 2014 to Sep 2015: HR Specialist (Work level: Senior) – Full time

- Define and execute HR strategy and policies, in line with the directions set by top managers and the company’s vision and mission

- Advise, with proper analysis and proposals, in strategic organization and development decision process, with regards to business activity and evolution

o Develop a culture of self-learning and continual improvement

c.Others:

o Recruitment: maintain the recruitment plan, conduct the recruitment report, join in initiatives for attracting and retaining talents, build the training pool, develop the partnership with academics and other recruitment partners

o Employee relations, engagement and communication: organize the staff events/activities, CSR,... to promote the working environment

o Office management: manage the office asset and facilities, payment request, cleaning, security, safety, office leasing, event logistics,... with the support of Office Manager

2. From June 2013 to August 2014: Unilever Vietnam (FMCG industry; Size ~700 employees)
Position: HR Business Partner for Distributor Trade channel – Full time

a. Internal HR:

 Coordinate C&B for staffs having labor contract with Unilever: payroll, insurance, PIT, Attendance record, Sick leave, Annual leave, Overtime, Incentive data (base on KPIs achievement)

 Set up staff objectives and KPIs for Distributor Trade team: Sales man, Merchandiser and office staffs

 Coordinate the Recruitment & Training to ensure the effective utilization of resources

b. External HR service:

 Plan the head count of casual staffs of DT channel in Customer Development department

 Work closely with distributors and outsource company (Talent Net, DKSH) for the HR service of casual staffs

 Summarize, analyze data about the periodic and unscheduled statistics reports regarding salary, bonus and benefits with the co-operation from outsource company

3. From July 2011 to June 2013: Sunseal Asia Limited (Aeroplane industry; Size ~20 employees)

Position: HR Assistant – Full time

a. Human Resources:

 C&B: payroll, pay slip, remuneration system assistance

 Recruitment: Job posting, CV filter, first interview, management of staff profile, drafting the offer letter/promotion letter/reference letter/labor contract...

 Support training process for new staffs: Commitment agreement, training materials, training contract

 PIT: monthly declaration, annual finalization

 Control the statutory insurance: SI, HI, UI

 Set up the collective labor agreement, labor regulation of the VN Office

b. Legal / Admin:

 Take care of Business License, Work Permit, Service contract, Power of attorney, Office rental contract, Condominium rental contracts...

 Provide legal assistance in dealing with local government authorities and clients: DOIT, DOLISA, Police Office, Landlord,...
