Lead innovation project – granule category (develop and execute) as Brand Manager at starting point : Explore concept, develop product, packaging, communication

Develop I2M (Idea to Market) plan by understanding market dynamic, opportunities and especially consumer insights

 Manage brand strategic activities : ATL (TVC, event, PR) & BTL (Activation, Promotion) keep as planed

 Interact with other departments for on-going projects, budget phasing, monthly forecast, media tracking...
